Over the leash is made from 1/2 inch wide Biothane a 1/2  Brass snap and a 3/4 inch Brass Oring to be able to slide over any leash up to 3/4 inch wide.
Collar to Collar is made with 5/8 inch wide Biothane with 2 5/8th inch Brass Snaps
