This is simply to hold your dogs tag. this is Not adjustable at all and we will need an EXACT neck measurement to ensure proper fit. The Heart O ring is where you attach your tags, it has a break strenght of 20 lbs so we advise AGAINST attaching a leash to this collar. FOR TAGS ONLY
This collar is made from super soft adjustable biothane an is 3/4 inch wide.
